Is there a fee to join DINGit?No. DINGit is free to join.

When will my tips be available?The instant a client leaves a tip, you have complete access.

Is there a fee to getting my tips?DINGit does not charge a fee. However, banking charges may apply to transfer tips to your debit card. This amount will vary based on amount of tip.

Will my private information be shown on the reviews I leave?No. Your private information remains private. However, your User ID will show next to your review.

Can I connect with Cash App, Apple Cash, Venmo or similar to retrieve my tips?Currently, you can connect with your bank account so tips can be deposited directly into your personal account. Check back soon, as Cash App, Apple Cash, Venmo, Paypal will be added.

How do I give my QR Code to my client?If you are the employee, your supervisor will need to let you know how they want you to disclose your QR code. If you are the business owner, you can choose how you want the QR codes displayed. Your DINGit QR code can be placed on a screen, receipt, card, table displays, stickers - this is where you can be creative.
